Returns & Refunds

Each of our ceramic pieces is thoughtfully handcrafted and carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Subtle variations in form, glaze, and finish are a natural expression of the artisanal process and make every piece uniquely yours.

Damages & Claims
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we request that you record a complete unboxing video from the sealed package to the revealed product as this is essential for verification.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, sharing:

  • The unboxing video (required)
  • Clear images of the item and its packaging

Resolutions
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement of the piece, subject to availability, or
  • A full refund to your original method of payment

Refunds are processed within 5 –7 business days following approval.

Exclusions
Given the handcrafted nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Natural variations in glaze, tone, or form
  • Change of preference after purchase
  • Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video
