Shipping Policy

At Joker Street, each ceramic piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in shape, glaze, colour, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of the craft and are not considered defects. These variations make every piece unique.

Damaged Items & Claims

We take utmost care in packaging every order to ensure it reaches you safely. However, in the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, we are here to help.

To raise a claim, customers must:

  • Record a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video from the sealed package to the revealed product.
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share the following via email at hello@jokerstreet.in:
  • Order Number
  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Images of the outer and inner packaging
  • Failure to provide a valid unboxing video may result in rejection of the claim.

Resolution Process

Upon verification and approval of the claim, Joker Street may, at its sole discretion:

  • Arrange a replacement of the damaged product, subject to availability; or
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

No Returns or Exchanges

As all products are handcrafted and produced in limited batches, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Minor variations in glaze, colour, texture, size, or finish
  • Natural marks, patterns, or characteristics resulting from the handmade process
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Limitation of Liability

Joker Street's liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased. We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
